1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl12. Access to and use of the jl12 platform — including but not limited to account registration, deposits, participation in games, and claiming bonuses — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jl12 and close your account. Continued use after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each player may hold only one (1) jl12 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether through the same or different identity documents, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl12 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. jl12 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

3.3 You must notify jl12 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jl12 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized use of your account credentials prior to notification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All financial transactions on jl12 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your jl12 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. jl12 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are published within your jl12 account settings.

4.3 jl12 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and InstaPay. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.

4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method associated with the same identity as the registered jl12 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jl12 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 jl12 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes during normal operations. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or maintenance. jl12 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

4.6 Deposits that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Players who wish to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will forfeit any associated bonus amounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 jl12 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback programs. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

5.3 jl12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing wagering requirements in progress at the time of termination will continue to apply to already-claimed bonus funds.

5.4 Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. 7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl12 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or transaction;
• Colluding with other players or with jl12 employees;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with jl12's systems, software, or data;
• Using jl12 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Allowing or facilitating access to a jl12 account by a third party;
• Participating in jl12 if under the age of 21;
• Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the jl12 platform — including but not limited to the jl12 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of jl12 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jl12 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jl12 content without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the jl12 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9.2 jl12's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to jl12 in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 jl12 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect platform availability. jl12 shall use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

9.4 jl12 shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 jl12 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in full compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. jl12 provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting.

• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation;

11.2 Upon account closure for cause, jl12 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where account closure results from breach of these Terms, jl12 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including funds derived from bonus play.

11.3 A player may close their jl12 account at any time by contacting customer support. Funds remaining in a legitimately operated account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method following applicable verification procedures.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jl12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.2 jl12 is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints handling procedures. jl12 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and directives.

12.3 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jl12 customer support to seek resolution of any dispute. jl12 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 jl12 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes affecting player rights or obligations, jl12 will provide notice via the contact details registered to your account no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.

13.2 Your continued use of jl12 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using jl12 and may request account closure as described in Section 11.3.
